Each year millions of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles move across the Serengeti plains following seasonal rains and fresh grazing. Day 1

Arusha or Moshi to Tarangire National Park

Your safari begins with a morning departure from Arusha or Moshi toward Tarangire National Park. The park is famous for its large elephant population and impressive baobab trees that dominate the landscape.

The Tarangire River serves as a vital water source and attracts wildlife throughout the year. Game drives offer opportunities to see elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and various antelope species.

Day 2

Tarangire National Park to Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast travel to Lake Manyara National Park for a full day of wildlife exploration.

Lake Manyara sits beneath the Great Rift Valley escarpment and features a diverse ecosystem of forest, grassland, and alkaline lake habitats. The park is known for large troops of baboons, elephants, hippos, and tree climbing lions.

Day 8

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha or Moshi

After breakfast descend approximately 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a wildlife viewing experience inside one of Africa’s most remarkable ecosystems.

The crater floor supports a dense concentration of wildlife including buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, elephants, and predators such as lions and hyenas. The area is also one of the best places in Tanzania to observe the endangered black rhinoceros.

After the game drive and picnic lunch, the safari concludes with the return journey to Arusha or Moshi.
