Tour Plan
Upon your arrival at Zanzibar International Airport, you'll be met by a representative who will transfer you to your hotel. After checking in and settling down, you'll have the rest of the day to explore the surroundings, relax on the beach, or take a dip in the warm Indian Ocean waters.
After breakfast, you'll set out on a guided tour of Stone Town, the historic heart of Zanzibar City. You'll visit the Old Fort, the House of Wonders, the Slave Market, and the Sultan's Palace Museum. You'll also explore the labyrinthine streets of the old town, admiring the Arabic, Indian, and African architecture, and browsing the colorful markets.
Today, you'll visit the Jozani Forest, a protected area of mangrove forest and indigenous flora and fauna. Here, you'll see the endemic Red Colobus Monkeys and other wildlife, and take a nature walk through the forest. Afterwards, you'll visit a spice farm, where you'll learn about the cultivation and uses of various spices, herbs, and tropical fruits, and sample some of the local produce.
Ocean After breakfast, you will head to Prison Island, also known as Changuu Island, where you can see giant tortoises and snorkel in the clear waters. In the evening, you will embark on a sunset cruise and watch the sunset over the Indian.
On this day, you'll head to the northern tip of Zanzibar, to the beach at Matemwe, where you'll embark on a snorkeling excursion to Mnemba Island. This uninhabited coral island is surrounded by clear turquoise waters teeming with marine life, including colorful fish, turtles, and dolphins. You'll snorkel among the coral reefs, or relax on the pristine beach.
Upon reaching sandbank beach today, you will enjoy water sports like scuba diving, live board diving, snorkeling, water surfing and skiing then leave sandbank beach for dolphin tour. You will back to your hotel for in the evening for overnight.
The today’s program/activity will commence at your hotel immediately after breakfast. You will go for sunset dhow fishing, water skiing and sailing on traditional local dhows. You will return to your hotel in the evening for overnight.
This is your last day in Zanzibar, you can go for shopping or city tour while preparing for international flight.
